concord is 48 degrees. temperature today reaching into the low 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. by 8:00 tonight we will cool down to 47 degrees. >> we're following a developing story out of southern california. at least eight possibly 10 people are dead following a highly collision involving a tour bus in southern california. the bus driver reported having break problems as it came down the mountain on state route 38, about 80 mi. east of los angeles. the rear and as a day and then it flipped over and had a pickup truck that was pulling a trailer. at least 27 other people were injured. the passengers on the bus or part of a tour group from tijuana mexico. >> and bay area headlines at san jose police are less in getting a shooting this morning that killed one person and injured another.

[ male announcer ] save the day in an instant. at&t. ♪ >> welcome back and the top stories we're following this hour of the baltimore ravens defeated the sampras's go 49ers in a thrilling game last night to win super bowl 47. the ravens use the last defensive stand to win a wild one with a final score of 34 to 31. a power outage in the beginning of the third quarter delayed play for 35 minutes. it was relatively quiet and severance go last night, lots of people out in the streets setting off fireworks, as you can see it is video from our helicopter partnership with abc seven news. kron4 is mike pelton have a live report in just a few minutes.
